At Songmont, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our leather goods and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your Songmont items in their original dust bag and box to ensure they are protected from scratches during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our studio inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
